the tour price
Cancellation made 3 days before departure: 90% refund of the tour
price
Cancellation made 2 days before departure: 80% refund of the tour

Cancellation made 1 day before departure, on the departure date,
or in the event of a no-show: No refund
Cancellation requests are valid only if received during business
hours (09:00-18:00, Monday-Friday, KST), excluding public
holidays.
Requests received after 18:00, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public
holidays, will be deemed received on the next business day.
▶ Important Notice
During the summer season, high temperatures and strong UV exposure
may increase the risk of heat-related illnesses and other safety
hazards.
Please bring a reusable water bottle, hat or parasol, sunglasses,
sunscreen, portable fan or cooling towel, and any personal
medications you may require.
Please take extra care when boarding or disembarking the bus and
while walking between tour sites.
If you feel unwell or encounter an emergency, please notify your
tour guide or tour leader immediately.
The itinerary may be adjusted or cancelled depending on weather,
venue conditions, or the organizer's operational circumstances.
