- Enjoy a relaxed shopping experience and take a break at its variety of restaurants and cafés

▶ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation made 5 days or more before departure: 100% refund of the tour price
- Cancellation made 3 days before departure: 90% refund of the tour price
- Cancellation made 2 days before departure: 80% refund of the tour price
- Cancellation made 1 day before departure, on the day of departure, or no-show: No refund
- Cancellation requests are valid only if received during business hours on business days (e.g. weekdays 09:00-18:00).
- Requests received after 18:00 (KST), or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

- During summer, high temperatures and strong UV rays may cause safety risks or heat-related illness.
- Please prepare personal safety items such as water, a hat, and sunscreen for a safe and enjoyable tour.
